What we do

Knowledge first. Decisions stay yours.

Our role

Credit Education & Financial Profile Support

We teach, organize and guide. You stay in control of your accounts, your reports and every decision you make with them.

We provide educational guidance designed to help individuals better understand their credit reports, credit scores and overall financial profile.

We help clients identify the factors affecting their credit, understand utilization and payment history, organize their financial information, set realistic financial goals and build an actionable plan for improving their financial habits.

Our goal is financial literacy: giving you the knowledge, tools and confidence to understand and manage your own credit and finances.

What we help with

  • Reading your Equifax and TransUnion reports line by line
  • Explaining what is affecting your score and why
  • Utilization, payment history and account mix education
  • Organizing statements, balances and due dates in one place
  • Building a 90-day action plan with monthly goals
  • Showing you how to file your own bureau disputes, free of charge

What we do not do

  • Negotiate or settle debts on your behalf
  • Provide legal advice or insolvency services
  • Contact creditors, bureaus or collectors for you
  • Promise score increases or removal of accurate information
  • Lend money or arrange credit

Questions

Before you get started

Is this credit repair?

No. We provide credit and financial education and administrative support. We help you understand your reports and build better habits. You remain in control of your accounts and any action taken on them.

Can you remove items from my credit report?

No one can legitimately remove accurate information from a credit report. If you believe something is inaccurate or incomplete, we show you how to dispute it directly with Equifax or TransUnion, which is free.

Will my score go up?

We can't guarantee any score change. Results depend on your own reports and the actions you choose to take. Our focus is helping you understand what drives your profile so your decisions are informed.

What do I need to begin?

Your financial profile questionnaire, plus a recent copy of your Equifax and TransUnion reports. Recent statements for credit cards and loans are helpful but optional.

How is my information handled?

Your documents are used only to deliver your program. We never ask for your online banking passwords, and you can ask us to delete your files at any time.

Know where you stand. Then move forward.
